Tunetrax and Indie on Air Records Combine to Form Tune City
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, USA, July 29, 2019 — Jeff Popka (Indie on Air Records CEO) and Rémi Jourdan (Tunetrax CEO) have announced the creation of a new company called Tune City which will present Texas Indie Fest 2020 and other national music festivals and events including Indie Fests and The Growlers Sessions. Rémi Jourdan and Jeff Popka will serve as Co-CEO’s in Tune City.
Jeff Popka stated, “Tune City will continue our mission to assist emerging independent artists nationwide to gain traction within the music industry. By uniting our two entities into one event company we are offering many more opportunities on a national stage. Tune City has secured multiple venues for 2020 and will feature 60 plus bands during Texas Indie Fest 2020 and we plan to offer some groundbreaking opportunities”
Rémi Jourdan continued, “After partnering in 2019 to present Texas Indie Fest it made sense to take our efforts and present festivals year round, nationwide. Our combined platforms allow us to offer much more opportunity to independent artists all over the globe.”
The Tunetrax Digital Music Platform allows artists to manage all their music content, booking activities, promote upcoming shows and increase traffic to YouTube channels.
