Fans of the drama BREAKING BAD are likely going through their own series rewatch of the show to prepare for the upcoming movie, EL CAMINO: A BREAKING BAD MOVIE. But that can be a big undertaking to commit to with about a month left to go before the movie hits Netflix, so the streaming service has teamed up with musical duo Chloe X Halle (featuring the new Little Mermaid, Halle Bailey) for a new music video recap of Jesse Pinkman’s (Aaron Paul) long, painful journey across the series.

Using a new take on the song “Enchanted” by The Platters (which played during episode 11, season two when Jesse does heroin for the first time), the duo put an ethereal, dreamlike sound to the most challenging, violent and heartbreaking moments in Jesse’s arc on the show. Painting a full picture, things kick off when Hank (Dean Norris), starts filming Jesse’s video confessional, saying “Just tell us your story”, with the video ending as he laughs after busting through the gate in an El Camino.

Jesse’s story is just about as compelling as Walter White’s (Bryan Cranston) was on the series, and following up with him is the perfect place to take a movie. Going back and looking at his story this quickly may not be enough to get anyone who doesn’t remember the show ready for where the story picks up, but it does put his journey into an oddly beautiful light.

This video comes after the first teaser trailer and poster dropped, and just yesterday Paul posted a tease of the character’s return on Instagram. This could mean a new, fuller trailer is due to drop soon, so stick around to see that first glimpse at Pinkman’s return.

EL CAMINO: A BREAKING BAD MOVIE hits Netflix on October 11.
