Performing at the Riverbend stop of the Outlaw Music Festival are Willie Nelson, Luke Combs, Bonnie Raitt and Brothers OsbornePhoto: RiverbendRiverbend Music Center is having a strong 2019 concert season, with numerous sold-out shows, including ones by Hootie & the Blowfish, Jimmy Buffett and Florida Georgia Line, as well as tonight’s Jason Aldean concert. The venue’s smaller PNC Pavilion has also seen sell-outs, with acts like Vampire Weekend and The 1975 packing ’em in earlier this year.

Riverbend has announced it’s latest sold-out 2019 concert is Willie Nelson’s Sept. 22 visit with his Outlaw Music Festival, which will also feature Luke Combs, Bonnie Raitt, Brothers Osborne and The Derek Alan Band.

A couple of weeks ago Nelson announced that he would have to cancel a string of tour dates due to “breathing problems” he was having. But he’ll be back on the road again on Sept. 6.
