Award-winning composer Yuval Ron Uses His Latest Album “Kids Sanctuary” to Uplift Children with the Power of Mindfulness

San Diego, California – The team at Metta Mindfulness Music has gained critical acclaim through their music intended to feed and nourish the soul. From yoga studios to clinics to even wellness apps, their tracks have been featured across any number of wellbeing centers.

Their latest album, “Kids Sanctuary”, composed by artistic director Yuval Ron, is set to release on 1st June, 2021. Like other Metta Mindfulness Music compositions, this one focuses on healing, soothing, and overall wellbeing. However, the difference is that this one is geared specifically towards children.

Kids Sanctuary consists of 3 volumes/ albums featuring music tracks, informed by the wisdom of Chinese and Ayurvedic traditions to instill a sense of inner peace in children, guided mindful listening, and guided mindfulness activities that increase inner peace and wellbeing. The tracks are ideal for everything from relaxation to nap time with mesmerizing, melodic, and calming tones.

“Kids Sanctuary” is the definition of high-caliber music. Composed in consultation with pioneer healer Dr. Richard Gold, narrated by BBC Children TV programs producer/director Kara Alicia Goyal, and written by Montessori kids mindfulness educator Sophie Timpers, as well as the unfathomable talent of master musicians like Adam Del Monte, Marcia Dickstein, Radha Prasad, Brian Engel, and more, the album truly imbibes the power of mindfulness. Its primary purpose is to encourage children to self-regulate, unwind, and relax.
