DETROIT (PRWEB) November 25, 2019

2019 was a fantastic inaugural season for The Aretha Franklin Amphitheatre (formerly Chene Park Amphitheatre). The 2020 season is shaping up to be even better. Shoppers seeking the perfect holiday gift should look no further than season tickets for Jazzy Nights and Seat Licenses at The Aretha. Starting at 10:00 A.M. ET November 29th (Black Friday), tickets for the venue’s 2020 Wednesday Jazzy Nights Series and Seat Licenses will be on sale at the Aretha Franklin Amphitheatre Box Office. Online sales at ticketmaster.com will begin on Black Friday as well.

The series of twelve Wednesday Jazzy concerts featuring nationally acclaimed artists has become a summer tradition in Detroit. The series kicks off in early June. Previous headliners have included: Will Downing, Damien Escobar, Kenny G, Najee, Black Violin, Jonathan Butler, Kirk Whalum, Loose Ends featuring Jane Eugene, Roy Ayers, Robert Glasper, Double Vision Revisited, plus many other renowned musicians. Season tickets for Wednesday Jazzy Nights at The Aretha are the best entertainment deal in town. Purchasers of season tickets will receive 12 shows for the price of 11 at $323*. Individual Jazzy Night tickets will be $25. The lineup will be announced early Spring. At that time, individual shows will go on sale.

Personal Seat Licenses (PSL) also go on sale starting November 29th. If the license holder does not purchase the seat(s), those tickets will be released for sale to the public. The cost of each PSL starts at $500.

In addition to the Wednesday Jazzy Nights series, The Aretha will be the destination for many outstanding weekend shows. Stay tuned for announcements on the weekend lineup at The Aretha.
