In case ya missed it: Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have broken up after two years of dating. Fans think the breakup is a PR stunt and there’s some evidence to back that theory up.

GOOD MORNING, if you’re waking up to the news that Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have broken up, wow: you have a lot to catch up on. Not only has it been reported that Travis and Kylie split due to non-stop fighting, the internet thinks she and Jaden Smith are dating thanks to a photo of him touching her butt, and now people are out here accusing this entire thing of being a PR stunt. Because as ye olde saying goes: the devil works hard, but Kris Jenner works harder.

Which okay, fine, but WHY do people think this breakup in particular is fake? Mostly because Travis is releasing new music on Friday. In fact, just minuets after news of Kylie and his split broke, he hit up Instagram to seemingly promote said music:

And yes, the internet noticed.

On top of that, people think that the breakup will be used as an upcoming plot point in Keeping Up with the Kardashians now that the Tristan Thompson/Jordyn Woods/ Khloé Kardashian cheating scandal saga has died down.

Which frankly seems like a reach, but either way, Twitter is popping off—and most people are zeroing in on the legend that is Kris Jenner:

Considering that Kylie is a billionaire with more on her mind than Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ ratings, it seems unlikely that she’s faked an entire breakup for press. Right? Or nah?
