Miley Cyrus: Miley Cyrus to take a break from music as she recovers from vocal cord surgery | English Movie News

Miley Cyrus has been in the news this year more for her personal life shenanigans than her music. The singer/ actress, who parted ways with long-time partner Liam Hemsworth earlier this year, also dated Kaitlynn Carter before the two went their separate ways. Miley is now in a relationship with Cody Simpson while Hemsworth has reportedly moved on with actress Maddison Brown.
Recently, reports emerged that Miley, who was hospitalised for tonsillitis last month, has discovered a separate issue with her vocal cords. Doctors say she unknowingly had the condition for years and the same came to light only when she underwent surgery for tonsillitis. She had to undergo a vocal chord surgery and is now recuperating at home. Doctors have advised her rest for some time, which means that she needs to rest her voice for several weeks.

This automatically puts her music plans on hold. Miley was said to be working on new music, but will have to keep all recording and performing plans on hold till she recovers completely. Sources say the singer has taken things in her stride and is doing what the doctors say in order to recover completely and work on her music next year.

It is being said that her boyfriend, Cody Simpson is looking after her and giving her company as she recovers from the surgery.
