The preview shows of Parthiban Radhakrishnan’s tomorrow (September 20) release “Oththa Seruppu Size 7” has been vividly getting honoured with positive reviews. With both the celebrities from the film industry and press-media raving about the outstanding attempt of Parthiban, who has made a solo act apart from directing and producing the movie, everyone is in awe of the film’s phenomenal BGM offered by music director Sathya. On his part, the music director who has been elevating his status as a finest musician with one film to the other is very much happy about such praises.
Sharing his experience of working in this film, Sathya says, “First of all! I feel so much honoured and blessed to be a part of such a groundbreaking film, which has now created several records. I thank Parthiban sir for offering me scope to experiment with new ideas. A finest screenwriter is always a good musician indeed for they know ‘Music’ isn’t a technical element, but a character like just any other artiste in the movie. To be honest, the crowds are always ready to watch Parthiban sir’s movies without songs and BGM for his ‘dialogues’ alone are enough to keep them engrossed with fun and emotions. However, when I saw the rough cut of the film, I could easily find out that he had underplayed with dialogues in many places by giving space for music to dominate. Now, to see that many are appreciating the BGM, I pass on the credits to Parthiban Sir. I am also in awe of Santhosh Narayanan sir, who has won everyone’s heart with just a single song “Kulirudha Pulla”.”
