Inaugural Texacali Music Festival set for Aug. 10 on Mission Bay

A collection of acclaimed musical artists from Austin, Texas will perform at the inaugural Texacali Music Festival, planned for Saturday, Aug. 10 from 3 to 9 p.m. at the San Diego Mission Bay Boat & Ski Club on Mission Bay.
Artists scheduled to perform include Jackie Venson (2019 Austin Music Awards Guitarist of the Year); Dawn & Hawkes (Billboard Top 25/The Voice); and Barbara Nesbitt (Austin and San Diego Music Awards nominee). The festival is hosted by 11-time San Diego Music Award nominee Christopher Dale, who will perform with Christopher Dale & The Rabbit Hole.
In addition to the music, guests can enjoy a Texas and California-inspired food court, with culinary creations by renowned local chef Hanis Cavin (The Pioneer BBQ and The Porcehetta Shack). Bar service and a beer tap station will be available.
Texacali Music Festival is an all-ages outdoor event, taking place on a grass plaza overlooking Mission Bay. General admission tickets are $35 per person and free for ages 5 and under.
