Hosted by Canton indie rockers Hey Monea, the Little C Music festival, an annual event, features two days of music on Sept. 13 and 14 at the Auricle, a club located in downtown Canton.

This year’s lineup includes Anna Rose, Steve Everett, the Woovs, Ethan Sak, Paul Pfau, More Than Me and many other local acts. Additional Canton-based artists performing include Mark Leach, Broken Transmitter, Jean P the MC, Matt Corey and My Buddy Josh. It all kicks off at 7 p.m. on Sept. 13.

The Sept. 14 show will feature a performance by Hey Monea.

“It’s a beautiful thing to see the city of Canton come alive each September for Little C! There are so many great artists in the Canton music scene, and the arts community in Canton is second-to-none in terms of creativity,” says event producer and Noble Steed founder, Jason Spiewak, in a press release about the event.

“As a band, Hey Monea knows how lucky we are to have come from a town as supportive as Canton is of new, original music,” says Hey Monea’s Dan Monea. Plus, we are super proud of what Little C has grown into over the last four years, and I’d encourage anyone who has ever enjoyed live music in town to come and check it out!”

This year will also include the Little C Backscratch Session, an event that’ll give attendees have an opportunity to come early on Sept. 14 to see several of the artists cover each other’s songs, adding their own unique spin. That event begins at 4 p.m.

There will also be food and games.

Two-day festival passes are $20, while Friday and Saturday individual passes are $10. All passes can be purchased at littlecmusicfestival.com/tickets.
