Liam, 46, claimed that he could feature in a future episode of Peaky Blinders.

The hit drama, which is currently airing series five on BBC One, follows the exploits of the Shelby family, headed by Tommy (Cillian Murphy), in 1920s Birmingham shortly after the First World War.

It’s become one of the BBC’s biggest dramas starring a host of big names including Tom Hardy, Adrien Brody and Sam Claflin – and it looks like the youngest Gallagher brother could be next.
